Good location, comfortable, plenty of space for two. Kitchen equipped well for an easy stay. Overall a great stay and a very convenient location to see Modena.
The TV in bedroom didn’t function well, not sure the connection was very good. TV in livingroom was fine and better quality TV than that in bedroom. A stand or table to place and open luggage and some hooks would be helpful to har in the hallway towards bedroom.

Very good stay for 2 nights for 2 people. Very good quality accommodation amenity. Fantastic location in the old city. Remote key pick up and on line interaction with owner went smoothly. Very happy to recommend to others.

Posizione molto comoda per raggiungere i principali centri di interesse.
Appartamento grande con tanti mobili praticamente quasi vuoti.
Assenza di un contatto reale con i proprietari, mancanza di un microonde, che per il turista è essenziale, tre soli ganci in bagno per asciugamani doccia, mani e bidè ma essendo in due l'altro non aveva dove posizionarli, difficoltà segnalata di scarico dell'acqua nel lavandino bagno, assenza di un minimo di dotazione in cucina, tipo bottiglietta di olio, bustine di sale, uno scottex. Cialde caffè contate, assenza di bustine per the e tisane. Utile l'orologio da muro, tuttavia fermo.
Una sola capsula lavastoviglie per quattro giorni.

Era demasiado oscuro y las fotos no reflejaban eso. Además se cayó la mampara de la ducha. Por último, llegaron los huéspedes del día siguiente a tocar el timbre a las 8:00 AM. Antes del check-out
