Местоположението е възможно най-благоприятно, в центъра на града, до много магазини, аптеки, таверни, обществени институции, банки, агенции.
Обстановката наколо е шумна, при това до късно вечер. Много трудно намерих адреса, помогнаха ми местни жители. Очаквах нещо като хотел с реклама, но се оказа частен апартамент без видимо указание. Осветлението трябва да се подобри във входа, добре че си носех фенерче. Паркирането е изключително трудно, наоколо са пешеходни зони и частни паркинги.
