Finding accomodation/ signage - I spent 5 minutes on the drive of a private house further up the road!

Everything lovely hosts left Buck’s Fizz birthday cake and birthday card and big pack of crisps. Lovely an clean. Heating was on ready for us arriving, shower was lovely and hot and everything what you need was in there. Log burner was beautiful it was so cosy, Tv with Netflix and prime. Comfy recliner sofas and comfortable bed. Clean towels and lots of blankets and also left a cute hot water bottle which I thought was lovely. They even bought us some milk and left it in the fridge. They went above and beyond thank you.
The only thing we didn’t like is there was no were up that area delivering pizzas on just eat haha

Very comfortable, cosy and earm
Very poor internet connection, unable to watch TV via a fire stick. Hopefully internet provider(s) will improve next year as I hope to stay there again next Xmas.

Problem was finding Rural Retreat there was no sign outside to say it was here .We tried to contact the host twice and did not get an answer .We luckily by chance found it .
Parking was good .
Lack of signage .
Thought a gate was needed at the top of the stairs for safety .
Was unable to sign into the Wi-Fi despite many attempts .
Place was clean although we did find a medicine tablet next to the bed .
