La casa era accogliente, pulita e dotata di ogni comfort. È situata in un’ottima posizione per raggiungere metro e stazione in pochi minuti, le principali attrazioni sono a pochi minuti di distanza. Nonostante le temperature gelide abbiamo sempre trovato la casa calda, con letto e seggiolone anche per bimbo di pochi anni. Il check in and out autonomo è un’altra comodità.
A parte i messaggi pre impostati di indicazioni per il check in e check out, non abbiamo avuto assistenza. In casa tutti i dispenser del bagno erano esauriti, non siamo stati capaci di attivare l’acqua calda in cucina e abbiamo avuto problemi anche con la lavastoviglie ma nonostante abbia scritto più volte sia qui che direttamente su whatsapp all’host, non mi ha mai risposto. Preciso che era stato lui stesso a scrivere “scrivetemi quando c’è bisogno per qualsiasi cosa”. Dopo 4 volte in diversi giorni, ci abbiamo rinunciato.

Picking up the key was very easy because the host has created a video for the procedure. The apt was spotlessly clean and everything worked very well. Three coffee machines available together with plenty of coffee supply for them, shampoo-conditioner and body soap, washer and dryer, full set of cooking equipment etc. Everything you might need for your stay is included. Location is more than perfect, very quiet and very central. Just across from Tivoli and a short walk to shops and restaurants. Definitely recommended for small families or a couple that needs to have plenty of space
I have to think hard to find something that was annoying. I want to say not a thing but if I had to point something out, it would be good to rework the drain system in the bathroom sink. It gets overwhelmed when the washer is on.

Abbiamo trascorso 3 notti in quest appartamento nel cuore di Copenaghen. Posizione comoda per uscire a piedi e raggiungere tutte le destinazioni turistiche. L appartamento è al quinto piano con ascensore. Tranquillo, non si sentono rumori. Abbiamo trovato comodo anche il letto. Sotto casa un supermercato, negozuo di souvenir ed il caffè Copenaghen dove fare dal branch alla cena (buona la pizza, stile napoletana)
Se devo trovare una pecca, pochi asciugamani e mancava il tappeto del bagno per appoggiare i piedi dopo la doccia. Suggerirei anche di cambiare la tenda della doccia poco igienica e molto scomoda.
