The hotel is very clean and modern, Giorgio and all staff are so friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them! Location was good next to station with easy access into main Sorrento town. Breakfast with homemade cakes were especially delicious!

It was so refreshing to find a hotel in Italy that is recently renovated, modern, efficient and most importantly has a real focus on customer service. In all my years of travelling to the country this combination is rare.
The bathroom was large with ample counter space and a hot modern shower. The bed and bedding were top notch.
The town is very authentic for the area and only a few minutes from Sorrento by train, which has a more touristy vibe.
Giorgio and his staff were so welcoming and accommodating. Giorgio even took me to Sorrento to the ferry on the first day, so that I would make it in time. His restaurant recommendations were excellent too.

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Gioì war einfach perfekt. Das Hotel ist unglaublich gepflegt, schick und blitzsauber. Besonders beeindruckt haben uns die großen Zimmer und die schönen Bäder. Ein absolutes Highlight: Die Betten und Kissen waren die bequemsten, die wir je in einem Hotel hatten!
Was diesen Urlaub aber unvergesslich gemacht hat, war Giorgio. Er hat uns nicht wie Gäste, sondern wie Familie behandelt. Seine Restaurant-Tipps waren goldwert. Als unser Sohn einen Tag nicht mit zum Wandern kommen konnte, hat Giorgio sich rührend um ihn gekümmert und ihm sogar Sandwiches gemacht. Diese Herzlichkeit ist unbezahlbar. Wir haben jede Sekunde genossen! Absolute Empfehlung, grazie mille!
