The apartment was absolutely beautiful and very tastefully fitted out. Between 6 of us we had so much space on 3 levels the bedrooms were really spacious, the lounge was stunning with a huge TV and the kitchen dining room was where we spent the most time and it was really well kitted out. The location was fantastic for a central Bath stay with the theatre and a load of great restaurants at the end of the road (150 yards) and the shops Baths and Abbey about 500 yards the other way. Parking at the Podium worked well for us as easy to access safe an £18 for 24hrs. The 3 bathrooms were lovely with a shower in each and a bath in one. We needed to ask for help with the heating system during our stay and we had an immediate response and the hosts could not do enough to help us and problem was solved within minutes. We also had a courtesy call one day into the stay to check we were happy and a follow up call after we headed home such good customer service
It was fine for our group but worth noting the apartment being over 3 huge floors it does have multiple staircases but they had fantastic step level lighting which came on automatically

Parking but that is generally Bath but Charlotte street parking close by so not a major problem .

Starting with the positives, the property is in a fantastic location, beautifully decorated with lots of space. On arrival it looked beautiful, styled a little like a show house which was very nice.
Sadly we had maintenance problems. Day 1 - the master shower wasn’t working at all, one of the guest showers was not draining so a super quick shower was possible before flooding. I called maintenance and in fairness they came to fix it that morning but they require videos of everything before they will come which is frustrating. Night 2 - the outside temperature dropped and we established that the thermostat was not working despite following the written instructions - again video evidence was required - someone came that night to fix it (it had to be removed from the wall and fixed). Day 2 - the master shower was working but flooded due to blocked drains (see photo). I reported this and was told to go round the flat, find everything wrong/broken so they could fix everything in one go!! I decided to check out a day early (no refund or apology offered). What should have been a relaxing trip turned into 3 maintenance calls due to things which should have been checked / rectified prior to check-in. Also the beds are pretty comfortable, nice sheets but the pillows are way too full and firm.
