The location was excellent! Very central and well connected, making it easy to access different parts of the city.
The price was relatively high, especially considering the additional deposit required. The kitchen was not very well equipped, which made longer stays less convenient. It can also be quite noisy in the evenings. Communication with the owner was limited; while this ensures that everything runs smoothly and without interference, it can be difficult to get a response when you have questions.

Un studio propre, relativement bien équipé et confortable avec un emplacement exceptionnel pour qui souhaite découvrir Marseille et tous ses quartiers. A 300 mètres du vieux port, des nombreux restaurants, à 800 mètres de de gare Saint Charles et à peu de chose près des différents monuments et musées. Au cœur du vaste réseau de transport, bus métros te tramways ce qui vous amène très rapidement à toutes les plages et au-delà. Idéal pour un séjour de weekend mais aussi pour une à deux semaines...
Un faux 3ème étage qui vous invite à reprendre la pratique régulière du sport ! Accessoirement, il manque une petit lampe de chevet pour rendre l'éclairage plus apaisant une fois la nuit tombée.

Location near port, and easy access to metro, but being on a plaza, and no air conditioning, we needed to have our windows open due to extreme heat but lots of noise. If it was not for that, I could rate the location higher. The info to obtain keys was very good and the host ( via a realestate company who managed it) was very responsive.
Skinny stairs, no elevator, of course which we knew, it hoped for better stairs.
