Sehr freundliches Personal, ruhig gelegen, trotzdem zentral, nah an vielen Geschäften und Restaurants
Beim Frühstück könnte gerne noch eine kleine Brot Auswahl anstatt "nur" Brötchen geben, und die Eingangstür zum Haus 3 war durch das Streugut sehr laut.

Die Lage in Bornheim ist sehr gut. Das Hotel ist ruhig mit nettem Personal. Die Zimmer sind von der Größe in Ordnung. Das Bad ist zeitgemäß und sauber.
Die Zimmer sind renovierungsbedürftig. Die Kissen sind ziemlich unbequem.
