Quiet neighborhood, property is located on the end of a buiser main street. Lots of shops and places to go very close.
Getting Around:
I always recommend uber or a rental car for getting around. You can always walk but i would say uber is the best option. The public bus is also an option in the area but I would recommend just taking an uber.
Other Things to Note:
This is a long-term rental; anything over 30 days will need a simple lease.
The unit does have shared wall to another unit, so please be mindful of people next to you.
Pricing: $100 cleaning per stay (Airbnb includes this in the nightly)
Based at $100 per night. (Depending on holiday or events)
Pets are allowed for an extra $30 per stay
For monthly rental $80 per night a $100 cleaning fee is added to the first month. (only pay the cleaning fee one time)
Any stay over 28 nights will require a simple lease.
Please reach out for long-term stays!
Smoking is ok outside only (please don't allow smoke to go inside)
Unfortunately no washer and dryer access. Please keep that in mind.

This is a nice Costa Mesa stay! It’s right by a bunch of trails that my dog and I greatly enjoyed during our 2 week stay. Street parking was easy. It was a safe neighborhood. The patio area in the back is great if you have a pet with you! It was very clean and well put together. There was a good amount of storage space in the bathroom and hallway and even though it’s a section of a full house, I didn’t run into other guests. I was able to work without noise and take some interviews without issue. Plus, the bed was comfortable! The host was incredibly understanding when I mixed up the check out time and needed to leave an hour later than expected. I really appreciated that. I’d stay again for sure!

Clean room, comfortable bed. Shortcomings: no pots and pans, nor is there a cooktop (even a single-burner portable induction cooktop would be a good addition). Keurig coffee machine did not work, and owner was slow to respond (about 12 hours). A separate tel. number that was provided as contact never replied at all. Eventually reached owner, who said he'd drop off a new machine, but that never happened. Kitchen is not well stocked: basically just a few dishes and utensils. If kitchen and coffee don't matter to you, it's a perfectly nice stay, but that's a big reason I use VRBO instead of hotels.
