Obwohl mein ursprünglich gebuchtes Zimmer wegen eines Fernsehers, der nicht richtig funktioniert hat, nicht ganz optimal war, wurde sofort sehr fair reagiert und ich habe ohne Probleme ein Upgrade auf ein Apartment bekommen. Am Ende war alles wirklich sehr korrekt, ehrlich und kundenorientiert. Genau so sollte Service sein.

Jammer dat de ramen niet open konden. Verder was er een andere luide familie waardoor het opviel dat het dus wel gehorig is.

Al nostro arrivo la camera era fredda, lo split è gestito in remoto dal host e ci sono volute due ore e diverse chiamate e messaggi per poterlo accendere. Bagno cieco e maleodorante.
