Historic building with great views from every window and only 200 metr red s from the water. Plenty of close cafe and restaurant. The station is 10 minutes walk to the other side of town. Dishwasher and washing machine.
Beds were very firm. We still slept well.

The apartment is comfortable and well equipped, great quality linen supplied, nice kitchen, clothes washing & drying facilities. The location is excellent for the beach, shops & restaurants. The station was a 10 minute walk away (downhill to apartment, uphill back to station). The building itself is several hundred years old and the beautifully refurbished apartment was at the top of many stone steps - probably not the best choice for anyone with mobility issues. All in all a lovely property, slightly more expensive than others we stayed in this trip but a delightful treat for our last 3 nights in Italy.
Struggled to find anything, but wear & tear on the shower screen door made it difficult to open and close - expect that will be addressed now the season is all but over. As previously mentioned the stairs were rather challenging for one of our party, but have found that this is the case with many Italian apartments - lifts are not 'a thing' in the old residential buildings - hence the sprightly Nonnas! Luggage racks for suitcases, would be a welcome addition.

Location was great, nice amount of space, clean and hosts were responsive
The only thing was the hot water issue. Sometimes no hot water or lukewarm
