Amazing location, the balcony has the best views, the house has character and it was all serene and beautiful. Stunning views from the bed on the to floor, woke up watching the surfers getting barrels! The back yard is also beautiful. The owners were lovely and very responsive to my questions. I was grateful to be able to have my dog stay with us, it was perfect for a group of friends with kids.
The layout of the rooms is a little strange with no doors, so if privacy is important to you, this might not be as comfortable. However we didn’t mind it and it added to the character of the stay.

Love the location. Love the views of the beach, ocean and Lion rock - so easy to step across the road for a walk on beach or walk up to the Nikau palms and forest. Great porch to sit on and relax and good kitchen for preparing food. Highly recommend.
Good to know that the downstairs rooms are only separated by a curtain not door. And the main bedroom upstairs doesnt have a door but just a partial wall between the lounge - but means it has great views
