Flat was lovely very clean and cosy, had everything that you need well equipped.
Unfortunately the location was not great and also security with the main door was very bad never closed to enter the building and the outside the main stairs were dirty and unsecured, a real shame because the flat was lovely once you are inside, you forget the outside issues, one recomendation is to install another lock for the door as we felt unsecured some nights due to non residents walking the areas up and down.

The property was close to the town centre.
It was very clean and had most of the facilities that you needed for an overnight stay or longer.
I didn’t want to use the parking facility as it was not lit up at night , not a problem if it’s an overnight stay as the Premier Inn car park is next door to the flat, but if you were staying longer the fees could be costly.
The flat is a little tired in places, especially the bathroom.
The symbols for the oven dials were worn away, and it would have been helpful to have a diagram showing these as they should be.
There were bath towels but no hand towels.
The flat is next to a train line and a busy road, not a problem for us but not for light. Sleepers.

Nicely kitted out and clean.
It has the main railway line running through it!! Car park has a mattress and is lived in. Cars on bricks quite a put off.
