Very comfortable and stylish flat. Location was fantastic, with outstanding views over the marina and excellent restaurants within a few minutes walk (literally!). We didn't use the cooking facilities in the flat but it was a great space to relax into after our days out. We really appreciated the milk pots in the fridge and complimentary tea/coffee and biscuits! when we arrived after a 3 hour drive. Emma was very helpful with emails and information on the run up to our stay.
The single bed was a bit restrictive in length for an 5'7" adult, but I appreciate the style of the bed allows for the room to sleep 1 or 2 people. The extractor fan in the bathroom didn't work (uncomfortable for 3 people sharing!) which Emma advised was an issue being dealt with by the building management and out of her hands. A few light bulbs were out, but there were enough alternatives that it didn't cause a major problem. She was replacing them on the day we left.

Lovely flat in a good location
Snagging list; Wifi did not connect, fan didn't work in bathroom and light didn't work in double bedroom.

Location
Lack of light shades in master bedroom and no curtains in small bedroom made it difficult to sleep. The sofa was a bit stained and tired.
