Posizione strategica sia per il collegamento con i traghetti, sia per la vicinanza con il centro paese e servizi. Casa pulita, parcheggio gratuito sempre disponibile.
La zona è un po' rumorosa, soprattutto con il caldo estivo con il quale è necessario tenere le finestre aperte. Alcuni dettagli sono migliorabili, ma comunque è in un'ottima posizione anche per chi volesse andare sull'isola senza mezzi.
