The room and location was very convenient just a few minutes from the train station which was very important because I had very early and late trains daily during my stay. Walking up to the building it didn't hold much promise but was a pleasant surprise once inside.
All was good just soundproofing could have been better

La ubicacion es fantastica al.lado de la estacion ,a 10 minutos de Venecia en tren.Rodeado de muchos restaurantes donde se come genial.Arman es muy amable siempre que necesitamos algo estaba pendiente.Si algun dia volvemos a Venecia este sera.nuestro alojamiento

The room was nice for a few nights. The staff member who assisted us was very kind and helpful.
The towels and seats had stains on them and the public bathroom could be cleaned more frequently.
