About this house rental
Retreat after a day of fishing or birding at this charming single story home featuring 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, open Kitchen, Dining, and Living room. The Master bedroom has a King size bed with an onsuite bath. The second bedroom with a Queen size bed and the third bedroom with two Full beds and a Twin Bed. There is also a full size bath right outside the door of the guest bedrooms. The nice Covered Patio with extended deck out back is perfect to enjoy in the evening along with a large yard for play and relaxation. Pick mulberry right off the trees when in-season. The long driveway has plenty of parking for a boat, RV or multiple cars and there's a Carport for vegicle shade. Secluded feel but conveniently located so close to Conn Brown Harbor boat ramp and restaurants you can easily walk there. One mile to grocery shopping and immediate access to IH 10 to Port Aransas Ferry. Completely natural environment wirh no development across the street and only one house on either side. Come enjoy everything The Lighthouse Retreat has to offer.

The checkin was simple. The house was stocked with everything we could need. the bedrooms had oscillating fans to use besides ceiling fans. For the sq footage it didn’t feel small. We liked the layout and had plants if room. Off the beaten path, relaxing. Nina was easy to contact and helpful.
