House of 250 m2 for 10/12 people on two levels in the closed park of Castle Valleys, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 4 toilets, wifi on 2 floors, garden with dining room in summer pergola, parking, large heated shared pool 15m x 6m, boats for cruising or fishing on the pond of 6000 m2 (swans, ducks), playground (trampoline, swings etc. ...), large park English (peacocks, squirrels, trees: redwoods, ginkgo biloba etc. ...)) with walking paths. The cottage is located at the crossroads of Touraine, Poitou and Berry, near (9 Kms) La Roche Posay (tennis, golf, casino, horse riding) the natural park of the Brenne (10 Kms), Futuroscope (50 Kms), the Beauval Zoo (60 km) of the Loire Valley (40 to 110 Kms).
