Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 30 m² air-conditioned flat for rent in Bailly-Romainvilliers, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 30 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a bathroom. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with bath
- A separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, ironing board and iron.
The flat is ideally located in Bailly-Romainvilliers, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Cycling
- Visit the village valley
- Disneyland
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Came here on my honeymoon and it loved it. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, very walkable, and close to everything you would need (i.e. grocery store, restaurants, buses etc). Everyone we interacted with was very friendly. Pictures on the listing are an accurate depiction of what the space looks like. Accommodation was clean and provided everything we would need for our stay. Very responsive and helpful host. We ran into some trouble opening the key box and the host sent someone to come help us!
