About this apartment rental
La Terrazza apartment is situated on the upper level of the main farmhouse. It is accessible through the reception hall and either up a flight of stairs or by elevator. It is composed of one bedroom, a bathroom and an open plan kitchen with sitting/dining room area. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a single bed and opens up onto a large balcony from which one can enjoy a splendid view of the surrounding countryside and the Bay of Follonica.

The location, set in the midst of vineyards and olive groves, allows for fascinating walks and exciting bike rides. Just a few meters away is the farm's wine shop: the Terrazza Moris, perfect for wine tastings and the procurement of exceptional local products.
Santa Laura is a large farmhouse that dates to the end of the 18th century. Until the 1950’s, it was used as the primary residence of farmers and their families. After a long and careful renovation, it is now the Moris family's principal “agriturismo" offering discreet and elegant hospitality in the form of 10 fully furnished apartments, gardens, and swimming pool set in an olive tree grove at the top of a hill in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma.
The city tax is not included in the rate and it will be collected at check-out. The Municipality of Massa Marittima charges a tax per person (for people aged 14 years old and older), per night, for a maximum of 7 nights.
