About this apartment rental
Very nice flat in a recent residence with 2 bedrooms and side sea views. The flat is located on the 3rd floor with elevator, modern and equipped with every comfort and a fully equipped kitchen. The flat is located in the center of Koksijde on the corner of the dike and a street perpendicular to the sea. Layout Flat with hall, storage room, living room with sea view, fully equipped and open kitchen, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with bunk beds, bathroom with bath, separate toilet from the bathroom.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted The situation with regard to traffic and parking differs from one town to the other. It might occur that only paid parking possibilities are available in the holiday home's surroundings It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
