The pictures don't do justice to the place. The apartment is actually far more modern and nicer than they would suggest. In addition, it is close to everything that Cannes has to offer (beaches, restaurants, shops and an Aldi :) ).
The flat was recently renovated and there are signs of that here and there (e.g. dusty corners), plus there should be a few hangers added for the towels in the bathrooms. In addition, anyone reserving the flat should be mindful that there is only one toilet, although, it caused no problem for us (family of four and a baby). Other than these minor things the flat is all good.
