It was the perfect place for our budget and our family of 8. We didn't have to pack a ton of stuff. We enjoyed using the grill and the fire pit. All questions were answered quickly. I remember reading, "remember the bug spray" in one of the reviews. I am allergic to mosquitos, so bug spray was a must. The island had so much to offer, even staying 4 nights, there was no way for us to do everything. The evenings were great. I really enjoyed the quiet time sitting outside and all of the children enjoyed staying in the A/C, watching tv and playing games. Check in and check out was so easy and the host was so friendly. All of our correspondence was through email, but the tone of the emails was friendly, and responses were quick. The cottage was clean and ready for my crew to move in for a few days. There were enough dishes for our entire family to have a meal. I would have no problem staying at this cottage again.
These things did not affect our stay but things to keep in mind. There are places in the cottage with warped floorboards, the larger air mattress didn't hold air, the door stop behind the front door was broken and there was a crack in the drawer in the fridge. But like I said these things did not affect our stay and we knew about them before we rented the cottage from reading online reviews.

The property was clean and well maintained. The house appeared new inside. The house was larger than expected and well furnished. The property is located in the center of the island, which was convenient.
Upon arrival, the code for the door that I was provided was wrong. This lead to me sitting outside for an hour waiting on a response from the property manager. If you have an issue, don't expect to be able to simply make a phone call, you will need to use a messenger on the Booking.com app to contact the property manager.
The beds were the biggest dissapointment. They were quite possibly the loudest beds I have ever slept on. Every move sounded like it was falling apart. Not sure what exactly was causing the noise but it made sleeping very hard to do. They were also very uncomfortable.
