The apartment was clean, modern, and well-presented. The space felt cosy and comfortable, with everything needed for a short stay. The location in Gunwharf was excellent, close to shops, restaurants, and the waterfront. Check-in was super smooth.

The location was great, staff replied quickly when messaged, was fairly clean, nice layout.
Unfortunately, I don’t feel the price I paid was even close to fair. I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but for constructive criticism so something can hopefully be done about it - the blinds were broken (so it was light all night), the tv screen picture was blue and took ages to set up for it to even work, the bedding was old and bobbly all over and I found multiple hairs in the bed before we got in that weren’t mine or my partners and the shower hard little to no pressure at all. I wouldn’t return unless price was extremely lower for what we walked into, or all of the above fixed/refurbed. Unfortunately very disappointing.
