Perfect location. The suite was very large and well-appointed. As four adults we really appreciated having two bathrooms. The space was bright and clean. Bathrooms were excellent.
The bed mattresses were hard and uncomfortble.
The kitchen lacked things like paper towels and salt and pepper.

This was a very spacious and comfortable apartment with high ceilings. It was in an amazing location - on a quiet street, yet close to shopping, historical spots, a taxi stop (as there are no Ubers in Verona), and a 10 minute walk to EuroSpar. Well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, big walk-in closet with a full size mirror. The AC worked well. Isabelle was very attentive and even surprised us with a bottle of wine and water upon our arrival.
Would have liked a microwave in the kitchen. Also would have been nice to have toiletries ready in the bathroom (soap, body wash, shampoo, etc.)

The location and size of the apartment were both great. Right in the centre of Verona and easy to get everywhere we wanted to get to
The shutters to the windows were a bit hit and miss as to whether they opened or not and one of the bathroom's top shower didn't appear to work.

The apartment was decorated beautifully and had everything we needed. It was also in a prime location, central to all the shops and restaurants that we needed.
