Abbiamo soggiornato presso Casa Carlotta mentre percorrevamo a piedi la Grande Traversata Elbana e abbiamo deciso di fermarci per la prima tappa nel delizioso paese di Rio nell'Elba. L'accesso alla struttura è rapido e comodissimo, l'appartamento è pulito, ben strutturato e dotato di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno, nonché nel pieno centro del paese, vicino a tutti i bar e ristoranti. Il proprietario è gentilissimo e sempre disponibile! Consigliatissimo!

Struttura nuova, accogliente. Frigo cucina bagno ok. Tv e Internet funzionanti e luci ben pensate. Check in Smart funzionante come da indicazioni.
Purtroppo manca riscaldamento e non c erano le coperte. L unico modo per riscaldare l ambiente è una stufetta da bagno non molto efficace
