The location is not great
The building entrance is quite dangerous and weed smells all in the building. No parking around

Excellent location, great value for money and friendly communication with the owners. The little book of help was good and the basketball game in the room was brilliant 🏀Parking near the apartment was also good value.
The building itself could put people off and it smelt of smoke, but that's out of the apartment owners control.
