Very easy to find and enter The Hideaway. I was helped by the host who chatted me through the key code system via the door bell! Thank you.
Once through the door, the Hideaway was lovely and cosy, and I would highly recommend.
There was a flashing device in the bedroom, which was a little sleep-disruptive, but once I covered it up - not sure if I should have, but it didn't worry me on the second night.

This hideaway is very cleverly arranged to feel so much bigger than it is. It had everything we needed and much more besides, with lots of lovely touches from plenty of hangers for winter coats in the porch to multicoloured lighting options! The building is old, but the hideaway has been tastefully modernised with good WiFi. Everything was spotlessly clean and convenient. Although it is right in the heart of Bedale, it is also set back enough to be quiet, even on a Friday night. Bedale has an excellent range of shops and attractions, as well as being perfectly located to explore further.
Nothing really! The doorways are low, as it is an old property, but we soon adapted!

Convenient location
Small dark apartment with no ability to open windows, so it smelt mouldy downstairs and was dark, then was hot upstairs. The bed was too soft and uncomfortable.
