Erika and Dino were so hospitable , friendly and helpful . The place is spotlessly clean . The beds are so comfortable . The fresh breakfast pastries and sandwiches were excellent .It is in a great location , walking distance to the port , town centre & bus stops. Dino recommended a very good local family run restaurant a short walk away, we ate there both nights . We loved our stay here and would return when visiting Livorno again .

Die Lage ist sehr gut, zu Fuß de facto alles Wichtige in 10 -15 min erreichbar. Zimmer bot ausreichend Platz, geräumiges Bad, sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück, die Gastgeber sind überaus zuvorkommend. In der Nähe Parkhaus (€ 12,50 p.T.). 0Gerne jederzeit wieder bei Bedarf.

Het is een B&B in een met apartementengebouwop een prima locatie vlak bij hetcstadscentrum en de haven Er is een goede busverbinding (2+) van en naar het trein station. Het ontbijt was uitstekend en werd geserveerd aan de keukentafel. Daar eet je met de andere gasten.
