Loved this cute place! Amazing artwork in every room. We had the building to ourselves. Very quiet and cozy once we found the extra blankets. Nice gated parking lot behind the building.
We were there for a swim meet in the off season so it was rather cold. The rooms never warmed up where we could walk without shoes.

Um diese Reisezeit ist eine vernünftige Bewertung nicht möglich, weil es keine Hauptreisezeit ist. Man kann nur mit Klima heizen, es gibt nahezu keine Nachbarn (Lärmpegel unbekannt), das Gebäude und die Einrichtung ist tw. ziemlich alt. Für uns und für die paar Tage war es, auch preis- leistungstechnisch, o.k., für 1 od. 2 Wochen, weder im Sommer od. Nebensaison, würden wir dieses Quartier nicht wählen. Einen Heizstrahler mitnehmen bzw. benützen, geht, auf Grund der tw. alten Elektroinstallationen, nicht. Der Vermieterkontakt war nicht persönlich aber per WhatsApp sehr umfangreich und engagiert (auf Englisch)! Das Gebäude heißt "PINETA PALACE", also einfach googeln und sich dann selbst ein Bild machen😉👍🏻
