About this cottage rental
Set on a quiet back lane, and with no near neighbours, this 1 bedroomed stone built cottage, perfect for 2, but can sleep up to 5 people (with the communal spaces).
Fully modernised and sympathetically restored with a wood burner, TV, modern bathroom and outside patio and garden space.
Enjoy the utter peace and tranquility of the cottage and its surroundings and use it as a base to explore the local Cardigan Bay area, with its beautiful beaches and seaside towns and villages.
Dogs are welcome
The cottage is situated on a very quiet road and between 3 fields that are protected habitats, and as such are un-farmed and therefore, a haven for wildlife.
It is single storey and has only small steps to enter.
One bedroom with a kingsize bed and storage space.
I use only top quality 100% cotton bed linen.
The lounge has a double sofa bed futon and also a single sofa bed futon, thus the cottage can sleep up to 5 people. (Please look at photos to decide if you would like this cosy space)
42" Smart TV in the lounge with Netflix provided.
Cottage has fibre broadband.
Bedding is provided for all the beds, and towels are provided for all the guests.
There is a wood burner in the lounge and a basket of wood will be provided.
A fire guard is available on request.
There is a fire bowl in the garden where you can burn the wood or have a barbecue.
The modern kitchen is separated from the lounge by a breakfast bar.
Tea and coffee and sugar are provided.
There is a patio to the rear of the cottage that has a table and 5 chairs. There is a garden all round the cottage with 2 lawned areas. The garden is enclosed with a fence and hedgerows.
The garden does have a drop onto the driveway, (see photos), that is not railed in any way.
The cottage has a gated driveway with space for 2-3 vehicles.
The seaside towns of New Quay and Aberaeron are both 15 minutes drive away.
The market town of Lampeter is also just over 15 minutes drive away.
There is a self check-in but I live only 10 minutes away so can be on hand for any problems.
Only 15 minutes drive away from the spectacular Cardigan Bay coastline. An area famous for its dolphins and seals and watersports.
If I have minimum nights set, and you want to stay for a shorter period, then please feel free to get in touch and I will see what I can do to accommodate your request.
