About this house rental
Allergy-friendly holiday cottage located approx. 40 m from the fjord with spectacular water views on an approx. 1400 m2 large plot in quiet cottage area. The house was renovated in 2013 including hardwood floors in the living room and comfortable furniture. TV with Danish channels. There is a mini stereo system with CD player. For a cool summer or autumn evening with rain and drizzle is a wood-burning stove to create cosiness and warmth. There is a small bathroom with a toilet, sink and shower. The kitchen is combined with the living room and is equipped with cooker, hood and fridge with freezer compartment. The area offers beautiful scenery and opportunities for peace and relaxation. From both the house and plot there is a beautiful view over the fjord. The house has a large terrace, part of which is covered. There are good opportunities to sit and enjoy the view of the fjord in beautiful surroundings while the sun sets over the fjord or enjoy dinner prepared on the garden grill.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

We were a group of 6 and it fit us well, The bedrooms were spacious enough, and the living area was perfect for game nights, The location is quiet, which we loved, and it's close to the Handbjerg Marina Beach for some fun, The hosts were really nice and helpful too, Highly recommend!
