About this house rental
Holiday cottage approx. 100 m from the North Sea and the sandy beach. The house has a nice view of the sea and from the rooftop terrace you have stunning panoramic views over the North Sea and the area. The house was built as a double house with own entrance and is located in a nice area with a mixture of permanent residences and cottages. Heating is by oil and is relatively cheap in consumption. There are 3 bedrooms, one bed is 3/4 size, all are box mattresses, hardwood floors throughout, as well as water-washed walls and painted ceilings. Large bathroom with shower, 2-person whirlpool and toilet. Modern kitchen in open connection with the living room with satellite TV (digital), DVD player and stereo with CD player.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

A lovely getaway in Lemvig-By Traum, The house has a cozy feel and practical layout, ideal for our group of six, The kitchen was modern and had all the necessary appliances, which made cooking our meals enjoyable, The nearby Vejlby Beach was a highlight for us, perfect for long walks, Overall, a great experience!
