This inviting holiday home is set on a natural plot of about 1,025 m² and offers plenty of space for a relaxing family holiday. Here you will find a cozy dining space for shared meals, free WiFi, and a TV with several German channels. A climate-friendly heat pump ensures a pleasant indoor temperature throughout the year, while the large windows provide plenty of natural light. Outdoors, guests can enjoy an 80 m² terrace, of which 11 m² are covered, making it easy to spend time outside regardless of the weather. Whether you are dining al fresco, relaxing in the sun, or simply enjoying the peaceful surroundings, the terrace is an ideal place to unwind. The property’s natural setting adds to the sense of privacy and relaxation. A highlight of this location is the proximity to the beach, which is only about 300 m away. The child-friendly sandy shoreline is perfect for swimming, walks, and days spent by the water. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
