About this house rental
Holiday home on a large beautiful natural plot with trees and views of the water at Overby Lyng. Bedroom with double bed in connection with the living room and separate entrance to the bathroom. At the front door are two bedrooms and a guest toilet. The house has a large terrace with several seats, from which the water, nature or shelter can be enjoyed. The house is equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue. It's about. 250 meters to ice house. The area is really good for fishing and a short drive to Havnebyen with fish shops and restaurants. Short distance to the ferry berth towards Aarhus, so that there may be some traffic in connection with ferry towing. Not for rent to youth groups. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
