Brand new, beautiful home, located in the highly desirable mid-lake area just outside the gates of Rocky Branch Marina Park.
Designed to be the most boat friendly option on Beaver Lake. 3 boat ramps within a quarter mile. Extra-large, flat, swing through driveway. All paved, roads. Overnight docking and boat rental available at the marina.
The house layout is perfect for large, diverse groups. Kids own the downstairs with couches, TV's and bunkbeds. Adults enjoy the upstairs with 3 bedrooms, each with a king or queen bed and a 50' tv. The bedrooms are situated at the back of the house, with the kitchen, living rooms, and deck on the lakeside of the house, allowing peace and quiet to those that want to sleep late and access to kitchen, coffee bar, tv room, and deck to the early risers.
