Welcome to our spacious 3-bedroom house with a home office in South Seattle! This home features a modern design with a practical layout, and it's just a quick 10-minute walk to the light rail, making it very convenient to reach downtown Seattle or Sea-Tac Airport.
Please note that the property has Exterior Security Cameras. To ensure a clean and allergy-free environment for everyone, we have strict rules: No Smoking/Vaping, and No Pets are allowed. Thank you for your understanding!

• Open Living Area: Relax in the stylish living room, which features a new 100-inch smart TV and its high-quality sound system (note: the additional speakers are for decorative purposes only).
• Fully Equipped Kitchen: Featuring modern appliances, a coffee station, cookware, and utensils for preparing meals.
• 1st Floor Layout: In addition to the Living room and Open kitchen, this floor features a comfortable King-Size Bedroom and a Bathroom, ideal for guests who prefer staying on the main level.
• 2nd Floor Layout: Upstairs, you'll find two spacious Queen-Size Bed Bedrooms, a Bathroom, a Private Office with a standing desk and dual monitors, and a Laundry Room.
Secured Features:
• Exterior Security: The home is equipped with exterior cameras around the front and back yards, which are monitored via a live-streaming monitor displayed in the living room for added security. This allows you to view the entire exterior of the house.
• Free Secured Parking: A two-car garage and ample parking in the private driveway.
Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire house, with no shared spaces with other individuals or the owner during their stay.
However, please note that there are a few private, locked areas that guests will not have access to, which include:
- One closet downstairs
- Five kitchen cabinets
- One bedroom upstairs (the 5th bedroom)
These areas, as shown in the listing pictures, are locked for the owner's personal storage.
Guests will be provided with a smart lock code for entry, and the garage code will also be shared.
Additional Notes:
Retention Pond in Backyard: The property has a retention pond in the backyard. Please be mindful of the pond area for safety.
Garage Camera: A camera is also installed in the garage, but it will be covered and disconnected during your stay to ensure privacy.
