1. **Check-in / out
- Check-in: 4:00 pm
- Check-out: 11:00 Am
Late check-out may incur additional fees if not arranged in advance.
2. **Maximum Occupancy**
- The space accommodates 4 guests. Please respect the occupancy limit.
3. **Quiet Hours**
- Quiet hours are between 8:00 pm to 9:00 Am especially in outdoor areas. This is a residential neighborhood, and we ask that you respect our neighbors.
4. **No Parties or Events**
- Parties and large gatherings are not allowed. Any violation may result in immediate cancellation of the booking without refund and additional fees.
5. **No Smoking**
- Smoking is prohibited inside the home. You may smoke in designated outdoor areas only. A $75 cleaning fee will be applied if smoking occurs inside.
6. **No Pets**
- Pets are not allowed. Bringing a pet without permission will result in a cleaning fee of $75
7. **Cleanliness**
- Please treat the home as if it were your own. Before check-out, kindly clean up after yourself and leave the home in the same condition you found it.
8. **Damage**
- If anything is damaged during your stay, please inform us immediately. Guests are responsible for the costs of repairs or replacements.
9. **Trash Disposal**
- Trash must be properly disposed of in the designated bins. Instructions for recycling and waste collection are available in the guest handbook.
10. **Parking**
- Parking is available for 2 cars. Please do not block neighbors' driveways or park on lawns.
