This is a new spacious 1 bedroom queen size studio with a full bath and kitchenette. Please note, you are not sharing this room in the owner's home. This is like a small historic hotel. You will find it very comfortable, each room is locked and we have a security nearby and a caretaker sleeping on site.

You will have access to Studio #6, located downstairs to the left of the home upon entering the gate.

Very clean and redone. But no central air made it uncomforable at night. No TV was odd. You get what you pay for.
