The Space:
You'll be just 7 miles from the Northstar Resort and 1.5 miles from Downtown Kings Beach. You'll be close to both winter and summer activities like swimming, boating, snowboarding, and skiing!
The living room is furnished with comfortable seating gathered around a Smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc.) and a wood burning fireplace. Get cozy around after a long day with some hot cocoa and turn on your favorite shows! From here, you can access the private balcony with seating and forest views.
Dine out at one of the numerous lakefront restaurants or cook in the comfort of your own home. The kitchen is equipped with a drip coffee pot, toaster, toaster oven, and more. There are 4 seats at the dining table and additional seating can be found at the breakfast bar for 2.
The main bedroom is on the 3rd floor and has a Queen bed with en suite bathroom. The en suite bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The 2nd bedroom is on the ground floor and has a Queen bed with a crib, great if you're traveling with any kids! There is a shared full bathroom on this floor as well.
There is a washer/dryer for your use and 2 parking spots.
You will have access to Kingswood Village HOA. This will allow you to access the steam room, tennis court, basketball court, bocce ball, and pool (Pool and sports complex are seasonal amenities, available from Memorial Day to Labor Day, gym all year round).
Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in arranging.
Our cleaners travel from great lengths and have tight schedules and therefore will arrive right at 10am. Failure to abide our check-out policy may result in fees.

The place was adequate and nice enough. We just slept there. Ate all meals out although kitchen was well stocked with all needs for making meals. We spent all our time out doing things. I do wish they had a stereo for playing music.

Best advice I can give - do your e-paperwork before checkin. That was my one mistake. I only did one of the onboarding signatures. I think there's at least 2. Once I got access to the house - we had a great time! It is 3 levels - so expect stairs. It was clean, comfortable, easy to get to, and private on the back porch. I'd highly recommend it!

Excellent overall. Some minor complaints: dusty furniture, dirty exhaust fans in the bathrooms. Furniture doesn’t get moved for cleaning. Bathrooms and kitchen were clean though. Location was great, five minutes drive to the lake. Would stay again.
