The accommodation is located on the second floor and offers a kitchen equipped with all the essentials, a comfortable dining table, and a living room with a sofa bed and wood-burning stove. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with two single beds, a second bedroom with a single bed, and two bathrooms (one on each floor), one of which has a shower. The apartment is always very bright thanks to its southern exposure, and boasts two outdoor balconies, perfect for enjoying the fresh air and breathtaking views of the Gran Paradiso glaciers.

All spaces in the interior are available to guests, while the surrounding garden, which is private and not accessible, is the only part of the property reserved.
