We liked the quality of the inclusions. The house was easy to keep warm without overly using the heaters. The on-suite was to die for. It was within a good walks distance to shops and restaurants, just watch the uphill walk getting back. Launceston is very hilly. We stayed for a week and felt very comfortable in the place.It felt like a home.
We couldn't really fault anything. I have suggested a light in the BBQ area, so that it could be better utilised at night. But that would be it.

Great place, all as expected, clean, tidy, good all round. We left an item when we left, excellent service, host contacted the same day and posted the item to our next accommodation.
Could do with more Pots and pans.
