The unit was very functional and comfortable with an added bonus of being walking distance from our son's apartment. Parking was always available right in front of the home. Very quiet neighbourhood. Contact with property management was easy. Overall a very well run unit.
The patio was really just a covered entrance looking onto the trashcans, not somewhere you could lounge. A barbeque was advertised but as with most rentals it was very dirty from previous users and I would not consider using it. Unit is a bit dated and a little fresh paint on the bathroom doors and trim would be a quick improvement to the visuals.

Great location, around 15 min from most of the attractions we wanted to see. The owner was really lovely and helpful
Overall it was great, except the people living upstairs made quite a lot of noise one night

Fireplace worked. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Nice lamps everywhere and the ceiling were on dimmers!!! Yay. Easy access and to suite and felt like coming to a home and not a place to just make money.
The bathroom's paint around the door is peeling badly and made it feel a little abandoned, this should be attended to. And the bathroom sink might be leaking as the extra toilet paper was soaked.

Very quiet and a short Uber/Bus ride to the Sea Bus. Well equipped kitchen. very clean and comfortanle. Big selection of TV and movie channels. Nice wrm fireplace in Lounge.
No plugs for sink in bathroom. Have to walk up a steep hill to get from main street to the property.
