We stayed in 2 bed Chalet with hot tube(2 adults&2 kids).We loved everything about it,the chalet was lovely,comfortable,well thought out when built included everything and space used well.We arrived to hot tub all ready,fresh sourdough,milk and eggs.The location is just beautiful very well kept spotless clean and lovely playground for the kids.Lovely family break to relax and unwind.

So relaxing. Cabins very well appointed. Everything you need. Love the extras, access to gardens and bikes.

I loved how there was privacy and every staff member was so friendly and very inviting
The only thing that would elevate the room a bit more would be having a mini fridge but other than that everything was 10/10

The property itself was gorgeous. The cabin was clean and spacious. The hot was lovely and warm. Couldn’t fault it.
Unfortunately I left a sentimental piece of jewellery in the pod. We were over 2 hours on our way home when I realised, to which I text the number I had used to contact the property during my stay. Stating I had lost it exactly where it was and I would pay for postage back. I never received a reply, I rang numerous times to which I was told I would receive a call back or that they had to talk to other cleaners. After nearly three weeks of me ringing three times a week. I received a text saying they have not found my necklace. For such a reputable company I was extremely disappointed with their communication skills and how my necklace just disappeared.
