Clean property, comfortable bed, spacious, on suite, smart lock system, easy to get in and out
Hot water wasn’t working, the sink in the bathroom is really small, makes it impossible to wash hair in the mornings, shower head is broken.
These are not complaints but just things i found not to my liking. The owner is nice and friendly and I had no major issues staying here and would recommend this place.

We had a fridge, kettle, television and ensuite bathroom. The bed was comfy and clean. The room was large enough with good ammenities. The other housemates were quiet enough and polite.
You can not lock the door from the outside of the room and the lock from the inside would be easily broken into. This is a shared house which wasn't clear on the booking.com page. There was no sound proofing so any time we spoke it could be heard by others on the same floor. This was bad for us because we are both autistic adults, so privacy is important to us and we booked this place because there was no mention of it being a house share.
