Nice apartment, Great location walk to town centre and also close to park and cycling route through the vineyards. Comfortable bed, Spacious and pretty well appointed apartment . Host was responsive and helpful .
As other guests have stated, the noise from the upstairs apartment is noticeable and varies with how disruptive it is obviously depending on people’s movements. You can hear very clearly footsteps up and down the stairs and on the floor above bedroom. Overall we were not too disturbed by it but an honest review needs to point it out.

L’appartement était confortable et idéalement situé à seulement quelques minutes de Beaune. Nous avons passé un bon séjour et garderons un excellent souvenir de ce séjour.

La propreté et l emplacement. L appartement est spacieux.
Il.n y a pas d isolation avec l appart du dessus . On entend tout . Donc la.nuit pas du tout reposante.
