It’s very central to restaurants and bars. Would be lovely in summer with the hot tub and garden.
The front bedroom is noisy but didn’t really bother us. Took a while to realise how to work the locks on the doors especially after being out for a drink

Leak in hall way making wall damp.. no heating on when arrived hall radiator did not work.

Flat was well designed and equipped.central location
Only 3 car park spaces for 5 apartments..flat was very cold and no instructions how to operate radiators. We did Google and get manufacturers instructions and with a lot of effort for lounge radiator working on 2nd day after a very cold evening
