Studio 5 - Eign St Hereford

Although a small compact flat all the facilities one needs for a weekend stay and more. Also a very short walking distance to shops, banks and restaurants.

The main doors into the property and on to the street or car park were never locked by the inhabitants although management strictly requested us to do so. I would suggest putting in new doors which automatically lock as you walk out.

Location very central. Very clean and had everything we needed. Host very communicative and neighbouring apartments very quiet.

The traffic quite heavy in the morning but didn’t affect our stay too much

fully equipped kitchen. The room is very comfortable with a sofa and TV facing the bed.

I have nothing to complain about, I liked everything

The information for accessing the property, parking and where things were located was very helpful. Upon my arrival, the property had actually not been cleaned, I notified Gemma and she was very swift in resolving the situation. I had originally booked for 2 nights but ended up staying for 3 as plans had changed, Gemma once again was very responsive and I did not have to check out to check back in again.
