The practicality of the flat .
Luminous and near facilities. Carpark next to the place also. The fact that you have no direct view with a neighbour. We feel very at ease.
It started to show some dampness in the bathroom but we have had a lot of rain recently

Très chaleureux avec ces poutres apparentes, spacieux, et plutôt calme, j'ai adoré le lit mis à disposition pour notre bébé il était trop top
L'entrée un peu compliqué les escaliers étroit mais après c'est une veille bâtisse donc normal et le parking est payant, hors cela tout était top, juste traces d'humidité dans la salle de bain (traches noir sous la fenêtre de la sdb), mais sinon tout correspond parfaitement aux photos 👌

C'est déjà la deuxième fois qu'on vient dans cet appartement et on est très satisfaits.

Bon emplacement dans le centre de Dreux
Le logement est assez spacieux
Les finitions (partie commune, wc installés en oblique) et la salle de bain (joints) ne correspondent pas à un usage locatif.
Il manque un torchon, une ou 2 capsules de café (arrivant le dimanche, ça aurait été sympa 😉), un peu de gel douche, les oreillers sont vraiment minus, et le canapé ne donne pas envie. L’appartement n’était pas hyper propre… bref, le terme de résidence royale est manifestement disproportionné.
