A charming and welcoming apartment recently renovated with care and attention to detail, full of artistic content from the owner, a painting lover. Located in Centocelle, a lively popular neighbourhood full of nightlife, which offers services, shops, clubs and pubs in the nearby, with a commercial artery (Castani street) that makes it lively and pleasant to walk around. It can accommodate up to 4 people. A 10-minute walk from the Gardenie C metro and a few steps from the buses and trams (9 and 5) stops, they quickly lead you directly to the city centre.
The apartment:
The ground floor apartment is surrounded by a shared courtyard that makes it a quiet and private environment, ideal for families who loves art and reading. Here you are immersed in a comfortable and relaxing environment, it pays attention to details and is full of colours that will be the backdrop to your home moments to best enjoy your stay.
Inside the apartment you will find a cozy living room equipped with retro-style armchairs, television and free Wi-Fi internet connection.
The fully furnished kitchenette is equipped with all the tools and appliances necessary for preparing your meals.
The 2 bedrooms are both equipped with a marriage bed.
The bathroom is complete with a large shower and washing machine available to guests.
